Was in town for work, got a nail in my tire. I had the road hazard warranty from when I purchased the car originally, so I went to the dealer for a replacement (it was close to sidewall). Paul B in service was extremely helpful, and even when he was unable to get the tire I needed within the timeframe, he continued to go above and beyond to help make sure I was sorted so I could make it home safely back to Orlando.
